'Tis the season.

Our Tesco Christmas markets were back with a proverbial Christmas cracker bang in 2018, as Tesco customers experienced a new and (if you’ll believe it) even better version of the wintry pop-up sensation.

We visited over 70 Tesco stores with our Bavarian-style market stalls, where our Brand Ambassadors helped create an unforgettable Christmas experience for consumers.

Food, drink and snow (yes, snow!) brought the festive season to life. New for Christmas 2018, Santa’s grotto won over children of all ages.

Free face painters made becoming Santa’s reindeer a reality and interactive activities gave customers the opportunity to win their very own presents from Tesco, which were available in store and whilst sampling products available in our festively decorated huts.

The fun continued in store, where more Brand Ambassadors gave Tesco customers essential Christmas training, such as a masterclass in gift-wrapping to fuel the festive feeling.
