• Building a bespoke sampling portal from scratch
• Delivering sample boxes containing a 1.2kg bag of Bakers Adult Dog Food Beef & Vegetable to nearly 10,000 households.
• Setting aside reserve sample boxes in case of missing or damaged samples, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
