Airports are a sensory overload: flashing screens, boarding calls, endless coffee queues. To cut through the chaos, Lindt needed an activation to stop travellers in their tracks (ideally before they bought yet another neck pillow). So the experience needed to melt travellers' hearts in the middle of transit madness, while reinforcing Lindt’s premium positioning.
The activation combined tastings, storytelling, and digital fun to capture travellers’ attention. Master Chocolatier Ambassadors, in classic attire, guided guests through the Dubai Style experience, turning a sample into a story of indulgence. The Digital Smile Machine added a playful touch, inviting visitors to snap a truffle-fuelled grin to remember the moment. All of this came together in a premium activation corner, perfectly placed in the airport’s passenger flow and impossible to miss.
