Bob Books - Bob Books - Exhibitions and Events Launch Campaign
August 06 to April 07

Bob Books came to N2O with a need for a full-service brand experience solution - one that N2O were happy to fulfil.

Stand design and creation: working closely with Bob Books, N2O designed and built an eye-catching, accessible event stand for the launch and on-going promotion of their unique, new service. The stand had to include attractive displays of produced sample Bob Books, a large screen showing the production of Bob Books, interactive laptops demonstrating the downloadable book design software, and a comfortable zone, for looking through samples and discussing the service in detail, with stand personnel. Stand personnel: N2O selected and trained a small team, who attended all the pre-identified consumer shows on Bob Books' list.

The stand created serious interest in Bob Books, and N2O's in-depth activity reporting provided high quality marketing and potential user data for Bob Books.

Timotei / Unilever - Timotei's "Bringing Nature Home" Roadshow
July 06 to September 06

A key component of the "bringing nature home" campaign, this interactive brand experience roadshow took the brand message to nature parks across the UK.

At each event, a team of 11 carefully chosen Event Managers and Brand Ambassadors welcomed visitors to the Timotei Nature Trail, and encouraged and helped with participation in the various interactive zones.

Personnel selection, logisitics management and post-activity feedback from N2O were all key to the success of this part of the campaign.

Heineken - Heineken 5%
June 06 to November 06

Heineken wanted to strengthen their brand through a series of experiential sampling activities at well-attended summer events.

N2O worked with Heineken to build brand credibility and create enjoyable associations with the brand for consumers.

At every summer event, each N2O team consisted of carefully selected personnel: one Event Manager and one Assistant Event Manager plus Brand Ambassadors, Runners and Security back-up.

Slim-Fast / Unilever - "Slim Happy with Slim-Fast"
May 06 to June 06

Slim-Fast wanted to launch their new range by bringing their attractive, fun advertising campaign to life. The advertisements reflected the brand's core values: happy, healthy, confident and friendly. These values had to be communicated in the face to face activity, by Brand Ambassadors who were accessible to potential purchasers.

N2O supplied hundreds of highly profiled Slim-Fast Brand Ambassadors, each of whom served samples to members of Slim-Fast's core target market, at Boots stores across the UK.

Qualitative and metrics reporting provided Slim-Fast with valuable feedback, and proved that the activity resulted in a steep, quantifiable uplift in sales.

NIVEA / Cognito - NIVEA - "Pearl & Beauty Premiere" brand experience
Mar 06 to Jun 06

A fabulous, dramatic brand experience supporting NIVEA's Pearl & Beauty deodorant UK launch - this campaign played a starring role at the UK's top 10 shopping centres.

Each premiere consisted of a glamorous 'pink carpet' event, featuring an Event Management Team, snapping Paparazzi, at least one head-turning Movie Star Look Alike, plus six pretty in pink Brand Ambassadors.

As well as casting the roles, N2O produced a comprehensive briefing pack and full product training for all personnel. And, the company was also busy, behind the scenes, with stand design and build, vehicle hire and wrapping, technical support, logistics and detailed reporting.

NIVEA / Cognito - "NFM Investigates" Brand Experience

An engaging and interactive activity, featuring NIVEA for Men investigating crimes against skin, CSI-style, all around the UK.

In order to bring this campaign to life, N2O created Brand Experience teams - each consisting of nine carefully selected members, including an experienced Event Manager and specialist Skincare Adviser.

Campaign preparation included N2O producing a comprehensive briefing pack, carrying out full product training, stand build, vehicle sourcing and wrapping, in-depth risk assessment, detailed logistics and storage, technical support and project planning.
