Barclays Bank - Barclays Roger Davis Roadshows

Barclays approached N2O to provide 15 teams of Event Personnel, each team consisting of an experienced Event Manager and four Hostesses. The role of each team was to facilitate a series of conferences across the UK.

Duties included 'meeting & greeting', delegate registration, supervising and answering questions on Barclays Bank services. Thus, all personnel were professional in appearance with a proven track record in this kind of activity.

Barclays were extremely pleased with the personnel and back up service provided by N2O, and N2O remains a Promotional Personnel and services supplier for Barclays Bank.

Sunsilk / Lever Faberge - Sunsilk Instore Campaign at Boots

The personnel requirements for this activity were very specific, with the Sunsilk brand team wanting only "attractive females, 5' 3" to 5' 8" with smooth hair".

The activity was conducted at 65 Wilkinson stores, across four weekends, by in-store Demonstration Personnel from N2O fitting the strict criteria. The Promotion was based on targeted distribution of 'tip-on' samples; with sachet samples attached to leaflets promoting a 'buy one get one free' offer.

Once again, the campaign went according to plan, with excellent distribution figures and a reported doubling of sales on each day of activity.

Kingsmill / Dialogue - 'Bakers Roadtrip' Supermarket Roadshow

As Dialogue's preferred supplier of Field Marketing personnel, N2O were appointed to provide Supermarket Sampling Road Show personnel and services for a huge 16-week campaign. Entitled 'the Bakers Road Trip', the tour was designed by Dialogue to take the Kingsmill brand to their target market and involve everyone in enjoying buttered bread, toast, crumpets and muffins.

The Road Show comprised two sampling teams, each headed by a high calibre Event Manager with relevant experience and a vivacious personality. Using fully wrapped Frontera 4x4s and catering trailers, the campaign visited supermarkets and pertinent outdoor events across the UK.

The activity was extremely well received by the public and positive comments rained in through the Allied Bakeries website and other sources. The target number of samples was distributed and a sales uplift occurred at every store visited. Resplendent in their Chef's whites, it seemed than no one could resist the Event Managers' charms and a lovely hot crumpet!

Lynx / Unilever - Lynx Instore Campaign at Boots

After the success of the first in-store activity for Lever Fabergé, N2O provided a similar turnkey solution for their planned Lynx promotion. This time the activity was carried out across 100 Boots stores, with one attractive female Sampling Person per location.

Again the activity went very well; despite short turnaround times! All distribution targets were met and a large uplift in sales was reported, resulting in further activity.

Sony / EMS Worldwide - Demonstration Personnel for Sony Products

EMS Worldwide has been working with Sony for a number of years, organising events and running the Sony Jaminator; Sony's amazing mobile exhibition unit. As activity levels increased, EMS approached N2O to provide high calibre Demonstration Personnel.

Working closely with EMS, N2O has developed a training programme for all levels of Sony Demonstration Personnel, ensuring in-depth product knowledge and consistent demonstrations.

Recent activities include the installation and demonstration of Sony Junxion pods, AIBO demonstrations in major shopping centres and a VW Camper van Road Show tour travelling the UK. Notably, the AIBO activity at Bluewater delivered a tenfold increase in sales across the weekend it took place.

Impulse / Lever Faberge - Impulse Xmas Campaign in Boots & Superdrug

As an approved, rostered agency for Lever Fabergé, N2O was invited to pitch for the highly prized Christmas in-store activity for Impulse at Boots. N2O were awarded the business based on a total solution proposal that involved pre-activity introductory store visits, pre-activity ring round, daily check-in, picking and packing of merchandise, and full field support.

The activity was carried out at 200 Boots stores, right across the UK, and took place on one Saturday in the crucial run up to Christmas. The activity involved handing out money-off coupons and generally encouraging shoppers to purchase Impulse.

The sweet, sweet smell of success was in the air at the completion of the activity, and Lever Fabergé rewarded N2O with an immediate order for additional activity early in the New Year.
